- Helen Milner will be speaking at the third National Digital Inclusion Conference, taking place in London on Tuesday 29 April. The Conference, hosted by Civic Conferences in association with UK online centres and DC10 Plus, will be chaired by Matthew Taylor, Chief Executive at the RSA and will explore the both the digital state of the nation and the need to explore how best to reach the final third of the population still not using computers and the internet. Other speakers will include Minister for schools Jim Knight MP, Minister for Digital Inclusion Paul Murphy MP, Baroness Andrews OBE from the Department of Communities and Local Government, Tanya Byron, author of the recent Byron Review, plus representatives from BT, Microsoft, EICTA and the EU-E Inclusion Directorate.
